To log into the website:
Log in
Please enter your Username and Password in the spaces provided, and click "Log in". If the Username and Password entered are valid, you will be redirected to the Homepage/Main Page.
Register
If you haven't yet registered, please fill the registration form as shown below.
Homepage/Main Page:
The Homepage/Main Page consists of information on the Profit Companion site, along with a navigation bar. This navigation bar consists of 6 tabs- "Home","updates","Image Collection","References","UNC Ortho Dept Link,"Buy Now!". To view details on any of these, click on its associated tab.
Updates Tab
When you click on "updates", you will see a drop-down list that provides you with quick links to the Table of Contents. Select any title to view its associated content, as shown below.
Image Collection
When you click on "Image Collection", you will see a drop-down list that provides you with quick links to the Table of Contents. Select any title to view its associated content, as shown below.
View JPG
When you click on "View JPG", which is highlighted by the red square as shown above, a full- size image of the thumbnail image onscreen will appear in a pop-up, as shown below.
View PPT
When you click on "View PPT", which is highlighted by the red square as shown above, a command box will appear in a pop-up, as shown below. You can then save or open the file by clicking on the appropriate button.
References
When you click on "References" tab then the drop-down list provides an abbreviated version of the Table of Contents. Select any title for example:
"Chapter 2" to view the associated content on the content area of the site as shown in the below screen grab.
UNC Ortho Dept Link
When you click on UNC Ortho Dept Link, you will be redirected to the "UNC Ortho Dept Link" page.
Buy Now
When you click on the "Buy Now" link you will be directed to the Elsevier online catalogue where you can purchase this book and many other Elsevier titles.
Help
When you click on the "Help" button you will be directed to the "Help" page.
ELSEVIER
When you click on "ELSEVIER", which is highlighted by the red square as shown below, you will be redirected to the http://www.us.elsevierhealth.com page.
Log out
When you click on "Log out", you will be directed to the Log in page.
